We have had huge problems with water leakage in our home from an outside veranda. On three separate occasions and at considerable cost we used two different damp proofing specialists to attempt to solve this problem – each time being ensured that it had been done. However, the problem continued, ruining carpets and causing damp in the house. Finally, after our architect recommended Stephen we decided to give it one more try.
